Since becoming a qualified personal trainer I feel I have found my calling in life. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel grateful for being able to do something I love.

I’ll be honest with you – becoming a personal trainer was never something I have considered before. Then one day a chance advert online caught my attention. Primarily, I was looking for a way to earn money while being able to look after my two children, but after years of yo-yo dieting the prospect of finally getting my act together and learning how to get fit, lose weight and earn money was irresistable. There was no way to know how much it would change my lfie for the better and how much happier it would make me.

I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer, offering a range of services that help to change people’s live for the better. There is nothing I love more than hearing a client tell me how much weight they’ve lost, the dress sizes they’ve dropped or the confidence they now have in themselves.
